With a career built around real estate, Charlene brings a rare combination of industry experience, local knowledge and first-hand property experience to every client she represents.
As Director and Principal Licensed Buyer's Agent, Charlene has spent years working as a licensed real estate sales agent before moving into training, compliance and real estate advisory. This experience has given her an in depth understanding of how the industry operates, from sales strategies and agent behaviour to pricing, negotiation and what happens behind the scenes.
Her knowledge extends well beyond the professional side of property. Over the years, Charlene has personally bought, sold, built and renovated property, giving her genuine first hand insight into the opportunities, challenges and decisions that come with buying real estate.
A lifelong local, Charlene grew up in the area and has chosen to raise her own family here. Her deep connection to the local community and understanding of the Sydney property market gives her client valuable insight that goes beyond what can be found online.

Her understanding of buyer behaviour, combined with strong negotiation skills and a detailed knowledge of the real estate industry, allows her to confidently guide clients through every stage of the property purchasing journey.
Before becoming a Buyer's Agent Associate, Josephine worked in real estate compliance and licensing, coordinating requiroements for agents and agencies across NSW. This experience gave her a strong understanding of the regulatory and operational side of the industry, while building valuable relationships across the real estate community. She brings this knowledge into her advisory role, providing clients with a considered, well informed approach to every purchase.
